Formal Recruitment

What is Formal Recruitment?

Formal Recruitment allows you to meet with all seven chapters at CNU through a values-based, structured recruitment weekend. It uses a mutual matching process, meaning both the individual sororities and Potential New Members (PNMs) make choices in deciding if the chapter is a good fit.

How does it work?

Formal Recruitment takes place over three days on a weekend during the Spring Semester (Dates Coming Soon). It allows you to learn about each chapter’s philanthropy during the philanthropy round, each chapter's values and sisterhood during the sisterhood round, and one more opportunity to return to the chapters you mutually connected with most and form a deeper connection during the preference round. At the end of the weekend, you then get to celebrate your chapter selection by “running home” on Bid Day!
